#40: What is a bond referendum anyway?

Spring has sprung and apparently also the new normal, bringing warmer weather, more vaccine availability and the return of events throughout the city. It's also election season in Plano. In addition to five Council seats, the 2021 Plano Bond Referendum is on the ballot. Budget Director Karen Rhodes-Whitley joins Steve and Shannah to give more information and background on the bond referendum.
