Pommery Blanc de Blancs – Non Vintage - 100% Chardonnay 12.5% ABV – 7 g/l Dosage - average 3 -5 years – 3 SIPS

Pommery Cuvee Louise - 2004 – 60% Chardonnay 40% Pinot Noir - 12.5% ABV - 5g/l of dosage – 4 SIPS

Pommery Cuvee Louise Brut Nature - 2004 – Aged 10 years on the lees - no dosage added - A blend of 35% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru village of Ay and 65% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru villages of Avize and Cramant. 12.5% ABV – 4 SIPS
