今天要討論的是職場上的人際關係，莛莛是位英文老師，但因為講話直，而且有的人不太喜歡聽到太實際的話，或沒有拍他們馬屁，因此她曾經被同事講過「你是不是在社會大學科目沒有修好?」此外，英文老師基本上是獨立作業，不但很難遇到同溫層，還碰不大到，導致於是沒有什麼交集...

職場 zhíchǎng: workplace

實際 shíjì: realistic; practical

拍馬屁 pāimǎpì: to flatter or praise someone in an insincere way in order to gain favor or advantage

社會大學 shèhuì dàxué: University of Society, a saying means our society is like a university, you learned things like interpersonal relationships, problem-solving, communication, and other social skills

修 xiū: to study (a subject in university)

獨立作業 dúlì zuòyè: work independently

同溫層 tóng wēn céng: a group of people who have similar living habits, preferences, values, etc

碰不大到 pèng bú dà dào: not very likely to be able to meet

交集 jiāojí: communication or connection
