Understanding spiritual bypass. What you resist, persists. Discussing “need shame” and toxic positivity. Underneath anger is fear. Undoing gender stereotypes. You can’t be real with a partner if you aren’t real with self. “We are all on the hot mess express!” Once you are real, you can’t be ugly except to those people that don’t understand. The courage to be vulnerable.
