In this episode, we will be talking about how to be happy from the wisdom of Lao Tzu. Lao Tzu, was an ancient Chinese philosopher and writer who is known to be the founder of Taoism. Taoism is a philosophy which emphasizes becoming one with the rhythms of nature - is called “the way” or “tao”. He is also credited as the writer of Taoism’s most sacred text, Tao Te Ching in which he associates the process of achieving real happiness with managing the 4 fundamental areas of life.
