37: How you can learn to mindfully engage with your fear
About this episode
I'm here today to talk about a topic I know we are all grappling with: fear.
I used to be a terrified person. I let fear rule and run my life, without even realizing that's what I was doing. Thanks to my personal development, mindfulness practices, and other strategies I used, I'm now able to experience fear, even have compassion for it, but not let it be the decision-maker in my life.
So today, I'm sharing the 10 tips I use to mindfully engage with my fear and move through it, and I hope they'll help you, too.
