I love the response from a Three Star Marine General when asked about what makes a good leader. He said this "The sign of a good leader is someone who asks how you're doing and actually cares about the response."

I believe that we often associate leadership as something complex. There are complex situations, no doubt, but the art of leadership is simple. It boils down to caring about people.
