Think about it: How important is it for you to make sure your child is seen and heard? Or maybe that's not really something that you've given a lot of thought to. No worries! Think about it now. 

• How do you communicate with your child so they are not so tied up in the "reactions" on social media?
• How do you interact with them so they feel seen and heard?
• What makes your child stand out to you? Think about the gifts that they have; their own personality.
• When do you make time to see your child without interruption?
• Where do you go with your child so they know they're number one in your heart?
• Why does all this matter to your kids?

Because we live in a society where going viral and seeking validation from strangers can overshadow authentic connections. That's why it's crucial to ensure our children are not lost in the noise. As parents, it's our responsibility to see, recognize, and hear our kids, nurturing their hearts with love, joy, and hope. And in order to do that, you gotta see them first! The K.I.S.S. ~ See them F.I.R.S.T.! Here are three actionable steps parents can take to elevate their interactions with their children: 1. FOCUS: When parents focus on creating a loving and supportive environment for their children, they prioritize their child's well-being and emotional development. When you actively tune into your child's needs and feelings, then you get to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to nurturing a strong parent-child bond. INTERACT: Engaging actively with your child through conversation and activities fosters a sense of connection and communication. When parents recognize their child's feelings, they demonstrate empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for emotional expression.
