35: The Witch’s Lament: Finding Solace in Samhain’s Shadows

Samhain is mere days away, the full moon and lunar eclipse merely hours; and one of our witches is feeling more "bah humbug" than boo-alicious. Thankfully there is the joy of picking a winner in the drawing for a copy of Jamie Della's new book "A Box of Magick" to look forward to along with lots of Samhain information.

We've reached the third harvest, and our witches delve into discussions about the thinning veil between life and death, connecting with ancestors, the traditions of trick-or-treating, and more. Halloween marks the Witches' New Year, a sacred time to honor our dearly departed and either ward off or appease trickster spirits with offerings of food and sweets.
