SUMMARY

It's Trinity Sunday. In the John text, Jesus promises the coming of the Spirit of Truth. We discuss the concept of the Paraklete, is it advocate or companion? Both descriptions are important, but incomplete. Romans 5 is an important passage in the history of the Church, and gives us a chance to examine the idea of boasting in suffering, and the source of our hope.
