322 - Are you physically STRONG but emotionally WEAK?
About this episode
In this episode, Ben and I discuss what it means to be strong and our sobriety across all four dimensions, being physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually. Often times we see people get so caught up in the physical presentation that they put off to others they forget about the other three areas. It doesn't necessarily matter how much weight you can lift or how fast you can run, but how are you handle situations that are stressful and how you handle yourself in tough situations. Are you vulnerable? Are you emotionally available to others? Do you handle yourself with respect and do you have a good moral compass? These are all questions that we cover in this episode. If you have any questions, comments or concerns you could reach is [email protected] and Ben@realrecoverytalk..
