About this episode
Holland hears the gospel at a mission but his wife doesn’t want to pursue God’s nudging. Holland becomes a drunkard; but when their baby daughter falls ill, he wants to pray. The baby dies, and a drunken Holland almost knocks over her casket. Mortified, he prays, asking God to save him. He quit drinking but smokes cigars until he stops by PGM and a counselor prays with him. Holland begins preaching at PGM. When his son dies in the war, Holland becomes an itinerant preacher.
