302. Hosting Hotline: Tips To Create Two Seasonal Listings for One STR Property
About this episode
Welcome back to the Hosting Hotline! This is an Ask Me Anything where each week we’ll answer your questions on Airbnb, STRs, real estate, and everything in between.
John asks:
I run Seaside Shacks in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, where it's beautiful weather and strong tourism from May through October. However, November rolls around and we get local winds called Les Suêtes, 60 to 120 mph at least once a week from November through April. I’d like to avoid mixing our sunny summer reviews with windy winter reviews. How do I set up two different profiles with the same listing without getting removed from platforms?
