300% Increase and Procrastination?
About this episode
Did you know that 20% of adults admit to being chronic procrastinators.?
That number is very high, there’s no doubt about that, especially when you contrast that to the drastic increase from 5% in the 1970s.
That is an incredible 300% increase!
What’s more, 80-95% of college students now procrastinate, with 50% of them doing it consistently and problematically.
Those statistics should make it vividly clear that procrastination is a very real problem. It’s a problem that will not go away, not unless you do something to effectively deal with it.
When it comes to effectively dealing with it, you can’t do that without having clarity about the mechanics and psychology of procrastination. And that’s what you will learn about in tomorrow's episode of the Better Mindset Show.
