We chat with Misha Tsozik...founder of MBodi of Louisville, but SO MUCH MORE!!  We talk about the difference between traditional massage therapy, and the mindful body work she offers at MBodi.  How there is a connection between the mind and body that most struggle with.  Whether we struggle to receive, people please, or control all of our surroundings, we are stuck in patterns of disconnecting from ourselves.  Misha holds space and teaches her clients how to drop INTO themselves.  When you learn to connect to your body, you're also learning to connect to your mind. And you can do some really amazing healing work with the right tools and support.
