高峰 秀子（たかみね ひでこ、1924年3月27日 – 2010年12月28日）は、日本の女優、歌手、エッセイスト。
高峰秀子は『二十四の瞳』『喜びも悲しみも幾歳月』『名もなく貧しく美しく』などの映画の主演女優として活躍したのだが、人を見る目、本質をつかむ力がそれを支えていたのだろう。冒頭の「現場」の真実を言い当てる言葉には、高峰秀子の知性と人間性が垣間みれる。現場に問題があり、現場に仲間があり、そして現場に答えがあるのだ。
