渡辺 晋（わたなべ しん、1927年3月2日 – 1987年1月31日）は、日本の実業家・芸能プロモーター。ベーシスト。日本の芸能事務所の草分け的存在にあたる渡辺プロダクション（通称：ナベプロ）の創業者。
この「人間は金で生きているんじゃない。人間は心で生きているんだよ」は、人気タレントが去るときの言葉である。「シャボン玉ホリデー」や「ザ・ヒットパレード」、「スーダラ節」の成功などでわかるように、先見性と大衆の心を読み取るセンスがあり一時代を画したナベプロの渡辺晋の伝説は生きている。
