On Earth, the undulating, uncannily intelligent aberration of natural selection known as the octopus is relegated either to the oceans' murky depths or the controlled confines of an aquarium. In the last episode we explored an array of cases wherein human beings were forced to contend with cephalopods of a supernatural nature, but today we turn our attention to cases where these tentacled terrors seem to be less from a paranormal plane and more likely of extraterrestrial origin.
