269: Disregarding Destiny

The Witcher.

The first stories to appear about The Witcher where in a Polish science fiction/fantasy magazine called Fantastyka which eventually lead to more short stories and a series of books creating a saga that centered around Geralt of Rivia, Ciri and Yennifer. The series would spawn three extremely popular video games before finally being turned into a Netflix series at the end of 2019.
