Dave Smith the Rebel Saint Dharma joins us for an enlightening chat about his work teaching at retreats, mentoring, helping and counselling in mental health and addiction recovery. We get into different types of recovery practice, Buddhism, Mindfulness, Bonno, PTSD, Breath Awareness, Relapse, Emotional Intelligence, and Dave's journey through growth and recovery.
