218: Why the future is feminine, and sensitive, leadership

I have a really true and deep belief that in how our society is unfolding, empathetic and heart-centered and feminine leaders will be the ones who are going to help us go where we need to go, because our entire model of leadership has been so warped and dominated by masculine energy and patriarchy.
