China rattles it’s sabres at Japan, causing an international crisis, while Frank, impatient for vengence against Tusk, pulls the pin on a grenade that could destroy them both. Meanwhile Stamper appears to be slipping and Seth rising, as Doug is distracted by his increasingly bizarre relationship with Rachel.
