#21 - Meet Mindy Jones - Community Building Extraordinaire

Mindy is the owner of the Amy Jones Group and founder of Community on Purpose, a non profit organization serving women and families through volunteerism and community giving. Her real estate company serves the valley through residential real estate supporting hundreds of clients through the buy, sell, and owning process. They are focused on empowering and educating our clients, giving back to our community, and living big lives. Their nonprofit is pending 501c3 approval and is focused on supporting women in leadership and business, organizations supporting youth and families, and direct giving as needs are uncovered by the all female owned and operated Amy Jones Group.

Mindy absolutely loves talking about the power of connection and community and how it has shaped her leadership and business journey. She is a mom to a 2.5 year old, she runs a business that helps families buy, sell, and own $60+ million dollars in real estate every year, and her life has been changed by each connection she has made intentionally. 

She started in the nonprofit sector, moved into technology where she gained business acumen, over to being self employed as she took over a family business and implemented structure and branding, came into her own as a leader discovering what was important and authentic to her, and community played a huge role in that as well. It became clear that her focus was on empowering women in business which she does through the Chamber, her team, and her Women in Leadership series, creating community which they do through their Live Love Local and Through Her Eyes series and her local business mixers, and giving back which they do through their dedication to local nonprofits - the Clothes Cabin, House of Refuge, ASA NOW & Jacob's Mission, and ICAN. She loves talking about building a community brand and living in alignment.
