上集我們講到「惡意維權」、「惡意討薪」的「惡意」，這裡先再補充一下，疫情三年期間，還有一個「惡意返鄉」：2022年1月，有名男子從上海靜安區返回河南省鄲城縣老家，幾天後上海靜安區有個地方被列入中風險區域，然後那位從上海回來的人就莫名其妙被抓到派出所拘留了。當時，鄲城縣長在會議中的發言，流傳到網上，引起了軒然大波。那位縣長說了什麼話呢？他說：「凡是不遵守省市縣疫情防控規定，不聽勸阻、惡意返鄉的，只要返回，先隔離再拘留！」
