Sasha Bayat is a senior Registered Dietitian at Brigham and Women's Hospital where she works with a diverse range of patients to provide medical nutrition therapy and education for individuals with a variety of conditions and goals. She is also the co-founder and managing partner of a fast-casual nutrition-focused restaurant and juice company, as well as owning her own private practice here in Boston. Her interests lie within functional medicine, sports & cardiovascular nutrition, and research, though her practice spans many specialties. Sasha is motivated to help individuals feel their best through evidenced-based practices and compassionate care.
