In this episode I am breaking down the higher thought forms that can come into our awareness, sometimes called downloads or transmissions.
Waking up, the journey of realizing we are way more than what we have been led to believe, and living in this awake state makes us more of an antenna and opens our channel to receive messages from higher states of frequency.
These messages or downloads can throw us off if we aren't fully aware of how to work with them or decode what they mean.
Today I am breaking down what a download is, how to use them, decode them and take aligned action with them.
Your downloads are divinely given and it is my hope you will find a new way to not just trust what you are an antenna for, but to find a way to use them for the betterment of your life.
