根據路透社報導，隨著墨西哥總統、加拿大總理分別與美國總統川普談話，表示同意將處理包括對邊界部屬人力與處理毒品問題美國對墨西哥與加拿大關稅，原定於週二生效的25%關稅延後一個月，維持對中國的10%關稅，而本週將進一步與中國談話，消息短暫使匯市回穩，美元指數回落至108.5，黃金觸及歷史新高的2870美元，另外，美國公布1月ISM製造業數據顯示，兩年來首次回升至擴張，週一美股尾盤收斂跌勢。
