About this episode
This is the second of six guided meditations, which will provide you with a firm foundation to begin and deepen your mindfulness, insight, meditation practice. This session introduces you to how to work with the wandering mind. It will help you escape the pointless and dispiriting battle of trying to silence the mind. The guidance is heart-centered and creates an atmosphere of kindness and compassion to allow awakening to ripen.
