#2 - I Love My Baby but Hate My Postpartum Body

About this episode

In this episode, I talk about my own motherhood journey and how I felt new, awkward, and totally uncomfortable in my postpartum body.  I'll give my advice personally and professionally for what works in getting through this tough transition with your postpartum body and tell you a few things to make sure you DON'T do.  You'll be able to be more patient with yourself and less critical, more mindful of your body and less judgmental, and overall feel better about where you're at and where you're going.
