沢村 栄治（さわむら えいじ、旧字体：澤村 榮治、1917年2月1日 – 1944年12月2日）は、三重県出身のプロ野球選手（投手）。日本プロ野球史上に残る伝説の選手の一人でもあり、戦前のプロ野球界でさまざまな記録を打ち立てた。
一球一球が「創造」であり、その一球を投げることに沢村は感動している。沢村賞を取り上げるときには、このような沢村の言葉や、沢村と戦争の関係などの情報も知らせて欲しいものだ。
