In the1930s—over a decade before Kenneth Arnold's infamous flying saucer sightings would usher in the modern UFO era—a teenager flying his kite near one of Puerto Rico's stunning coastal vistas had an unsettling encounter with a UFO and its humanoid occupants, which resulted in one of the most extraordinary exchanges ever to have occurred between an ostensibly extraterrestrial entity and a human being... the ramifications of which, some claim, are still being felt to this day.
