As we close out 2025 and stand at the threshold of a new year, I wanted to pause — not to rush into goals, plans, or resolutions — but to reflect.

In this final episode of the year, I’m sharing a very real behind-the-scenes look at my own journey with goal setting, pressure, burnout, and self-trust. I talk openly about my desire to hit “100 episodes,” how pushing myself actually drained my energy, and the powerful realization that came through when I finally slowed down.
