Speaking of The Decades, me and Matt have known each other for a Decade. The Decades was so influential to me when I lived in Philly and it also fueled the fire to start my own brand, Dahsar. 5-Panel hats were so huge back then because of the hipster era but it was one of the best times we’ve ever had.
5-Panel hats were so cool. Having your clothes on micro celebs to mega celebs were our stint of a touch of influencer culture. Collabs with Ebbets Field and Starter were iconic. Going to streetwear tradeshows such as Agenda were a big deal to mostly party and cause a scene.
Riding fixed gear bikes and doing drugs to the early morning and going straight to brunch was always a forgetful memory but we didn’t care.
It’s been a decade but many more decades to come.
