He encourages everyone to take on his Growth Call assessment as this is beneficial to identify any challenges and constraints you have for your business. "Think twice before you interrupt time". This means that thinking in decades avoids being in bad behavior, having this mindset can help all kinds of relationships and connections in your life and how you handle things. It all goes down to your core values, who you're aligning yourself with, and the decision-making filters when things get tough, it will all be directed to your core values. Having a set of core values for your business defines your culture
