About this episode
There's what I think and/or feel - "I'm unlovable, l'm a failure, I'm stupid (etc.)" - and there's what is true (evidence, data, outcomes); "some people actually love me, I have succeeded in the past and in some contexts, I'm actually quite competent, capable and even, intelligent." We humans have a curious ability (propensity?) to think we're not good enough while simultaneously having evidence to the contrary. I often think I'm useless but I know I'm not. Anyone?
