About this episode
My ability to coach, teach, educate and even podcast effectively, is largely dependent on my ability to be able to understand how and why other people think, act, react, communicate and experience the world around them, the way they do. As is my capacity to build rapport, trust, connection and respect with others. In short, I can't do my job if I don't understand other people. This is something of a brief workshop on, what I consider to be, a very important and broadly relevant, topic.
Enjoy.
