162: Bridging the Gap - Leveraging Systems and Processes for Roofing Success with Brenna Shepherd

Brenna started her career in education as an adult ESL teacher in California. In 2016, she and her husband moved to Indianapolis so that her husband could pursue a degree in motorsports engineering at IUPUI. During the pandemic, she began working for Rojas Roofing as a driver and roofing assistant. After learning about the roofing trade hands-on, Brenna transitioned into an office role and has recently been promoted to General Manager. She currently oversees the office and operations of Rojas Roofing, as well as the marketing. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and going out to eat at the many restaurants Indianapolis has to offer.
