157. Why You Should Do This One Thing As A Couple

We have been watching a really fun show called "Bahama's Life." The show is about couples looking for their dream property or retirement home in the Bahamas, and they look at several different properties and then decide which one is for them. The fun thing to see is how so many couples talk about how they are accomplishing their dream that they have worked together for so long for.

A lot of them say that they put a picture of the house they wanted, or the property or lifestyle somewhere they could see everyday, and they worked toward that goal for many years. That picture of that house, or the beach motivated both of them to work toward the common goal(s) until they were in a position to make their dream/goal come true.

This got us thinking about how important it is to have a vision/goal board in marriage to help you work toward common goals and dreams together, and all the other great benefits this has for your relationship.  It truly is a powerful way to accomplish dreams and goals you have and it works for MANY couples.
