Ryan McCaslin is an accomplished sales professional with over 15 years of experience in sales and sales training. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Thomas College and has established himself as a successful leader in the construction and development industry.

Born and raised in Central Maine, Ryan started his career in a corporate environment but eventually gravitated towards the freedom and creativity of outside construction sales. He is the General Manager and the driving force behind a new home building company that he owns.

As an architect of the business, Ryan has designed a company structure that is scalable and aims to grow from 2.4M to 12M within 2.5 years through 95% retail business. He has implemented critical processes for growth and believes in valuing his people and creating freedom for them. Ryan and his team share a passion for construction and development, and they take pride in delivering high-quality projects to their clients.

Ryan's expertise in sales, business administration, and construction has been instrumental in the success of his company. He is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients. His leadership skills continue to drive his company's growth and success.
