About this episode
Unna and I went to Uni together and both studied Exercise Science. I went on to do what I do and she completed her Master's Degree in Exercise Rehabilitation and went down the clinical path, treating a broad cross-section of people with a broad range of conditions, diseases, injuries and physical challenges. This was a very freestyle conversation about the way people like us (people in the health, healing, wellness and fitness space) do what they(we) do; both the good and the not-so-good. We discussed the medical, physiological, psychological, practical and sociological variables that need to be factored in when we do our job. Enjoy.
