152. On Fire and Burned Out

This week we get into the topic of ministry burnout - do churches tend to take advantage of and overwork people, or do people do it to themselves? We share some personal stories of being burned out in ministry and how to maintain a healthy way to say "no." Oh, and Andy made a mistake and got the ratios all wrong for the gin & tonics consumed during the recording of this episode and for the subsequent effect of those heavy-handed pours we are truly sorry not sorry.
