About this episode
Twenty-one year old Denise Porch was enjoying life. She'd just celebrated her first wedding anniversary, got a promotion at work and picked up tickets to see a concert. Then one hot, summer day, she mysteriously vanished from right outside her own apartment.
There were witnesses, though they didn't see what happened, just Denise speaking with an unidentified man. Police searched, but never found a shred of physical evidence and with clues in short supply they never made much headway.
Then, after a long ten years, the arrest and conviction of a notorious killer lead investigators to wonder if Denise had been one of his victims, or if perhaps, her case was connected to several others that had occurred in the area.
