Jennifer travels a lot because of business expansions. Since she joined EXP, she can have agents in different places. 8:44 Creativity There's no doubt that the environment you find yourself in can affect your creativity. If you're stuck in a cubicle all day, it's likely that your creativity will be somewhat stifled. But if you're surrounded by inspiring art, nature, or even just interesting people, it's likely that your creativity will flow more freely. 14:51 Finding Your Niche The great thing about niche-finding is that there are endless possibilities. You could find your niche in the world of business, art, or even just in your personal life. It's all about figuring out what you're passionate about and what makes you feel alive. Once you find your niche, everything else will fall into place. 21:11 The Auction World Real estate auctions are a great way to get a good deal on a property. By auctioning off the property, you can get it for a fraction of the cost of what it would sell for on the open market. 30:19 Deconstructing Things To maintain momentum and keep making progress, it's important to take a step back and deconstruct what you've just accomplished. By breaking down your project into smaller pieces, you can track your progress and identify areas where you can improve. 43:15 Jennifer's Dream Real estate is changing and it also needs to change. Jennifer's dream is to pull different perspectives of people is able to make a better environment for real estate agents.
