Fresh of her win at Challenge Miami, two time Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist joins us this week to talk about her impressive result at Challenge Miami.

We talk about Jodie's race in Miami, her thoughts on this new format and distance of racing and what we can expect to see of her this year. We also talk her about the highs and lows of her career including her many ITU wins, stepping up to long course and not getting to compete at the Olympics.

We also do a debrief on both the men's and women's races at Challenge Miami, where half of the hosts picked the male podium and the other half... didn't. We look at Jan Frodeno's masterclass and try to unravel the mystery, 'how does Lionel run so fast while looking so bad?'
