MISHKA began as a company that made cool t-shirts like their signature eyeball. It has since grown into a lifestyle brand that has created its own culture. MISHKA has crafted a distinct world for itself and its legion of Death Adders and Twerps. Creating many characters in the Mishka Universe and collaborating with so many artists that I love such as Johnny Ryan.
I first remember carrying Mishka in a streetwear store I was the buyer of and was so proud to have them as our first brand. Loved riding around every city in a Mishka tidye tanktop.
I run into Lamour Supreme from time to time and love chatting to Nick Dziewit also known as Sweat Daddy about Mishka history. I love Action Bronson, Danny Brown and The Death Set. That was such a great time.
We’re currently in the Indie Sleeze era, will we be going back to hipster culture.
