Many years ago I went on a missionary trip to Juarez Mexico. I saw the people there who were seriously poor and distressed. The area we were in had no grass, no vegetation, no beautiful houses, no grocery stores, no malls, and no government assistance. It was bleak to say the least.
I was so angry I said to myself, “This just isn’t fair!” Looking back, I now think… was it unfair?
Today is a lesson on perception. It’s a powerful lesson for all of us to learn if we want to get to our next level of success.
