About this episode
Ellie Salthouse made the switch from ITU to 70.3 in 2016 and since then has won multiple 70.3's including the 2021 Australian Long Course Championship recently.
This week Ellie joins us to tell all about her progression through the sport from a kids 'tryathlon' all the way to now. We talk about the differences she has found between short and long course racing, the challenges the sport faces and which athletes she wants to beat the most.
Ellie is a brilliant athlete with a bright future ahead of her with big goals for the rest of the year and ahead.
