#134 - Rudy Von Berg

This week we are joined by a rising star of American triathlon, Rudy Von Berg. Rudy is a multiple 70.3 Champion who finished fifth last December at the PTO Championship amongst a field of short and long course superstars.

Rudy grew up in France with his Dad being a dominant age group athlete in his own right. We chat with Rudy about how he saw 2020, what the future has in store for him and why he likes beating the short course athletes.
