In episode 134: Explosions In Afghanistan | Part 1; Brian and Shipper are joined by Ben, who spent time in service over in Afghanistan. This episode is so jam packed with amazing stories from Ben's time spent in deployment that we had to have him back on to get to even more unbelievable stories. He shared with us how he ended up being apart of the music scene, joining bands on tour, and even turning down Darius Rucker for lunch. This is just the start, however, Ben explains the many tales from over seas. From what it was like driving while trying to avoid IEDs (mostly unsuccessfully) to "going Hadji"with the locals. Ben even shares about the battle he's had with PTSD and the effect it has on those in service. There was truly no shortage of incredible stories shared, and there will be more to come in Part 2!
