公立図書館として異例な３万冊のマンガを収蔵する白河市の市立図書館「りぶらん」。実際に行ってみなければ、というわけで行ってきた話です。かなり良いところでした。いろんなマンガが作者のあいうえお順に並んでいて、日本のマンガ文化が一望できるという感じで、気に入りました。年に何度か白河市に行くようになりそうです。
